Approximately 5% of coffee cherries have a single bean in the centre and so, unrestricted by the proximity of a twin, the beans grow to resemble peas in shape and so are known as Peaberry. They are prized by coffee experts and have their own distinctive flavour.

You need to sample this coffee to fully appreciate it.
