As well as selling Jablum’s Classic beans and ground coffee, and of course our ever popular Jablum Instant coffee, we also offer Espresso roast beans and their Peaberry coffee beans. Peaberry beans are harvested from cherries which contain just one bean instead of two and have a very distinctive flavor.
Pamela, one of our Cornish fans, recently tried our Peaberry coffee and sent us her thoughts in a letter. We would like to share an excerpt from it with you.
“Just after grinding the Peaberry beans I smelt the contents – not very strong smell but a very pleasant fresh perfume. I use a filter method of making coffee. The taste of the coffee was very good – fresh almost chocolatey. The after taste great! No acidity at all! No doubt at all the Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee is very good, with the Peaberry being the “Rolls Royce” of them all!”
