The Blue Mountain Emporium aims to process and despatch your orders as quickly as possible once your payment has been verified.  We want to support our local Post Office and so we will send out your orders by Royal Mail First Class Post, by Special Delivery Next day service or, for customers who are in a real hurry, the Royal Mail Special Delivery 9.00am service is also available for you to select from.  If you require either the Special Delivery Next Day or Special Delivery 9.00am services please ensure that you place your order before 12 noon.  Please note that both these services will require a signature on delivery.  If you are not in to receive the parcel the post office will leave a card detailing how you can collect it.

Royal Mail do indicate on their website that if you live in some areas of Scotland or in some of our island communities you may have to wait a bit longer for your coffee.  Please check the Royal Mail website if you think that you might be affected.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order and, therefore, it is important that this address is accurate. If you are ordering an item as a gift for a friend or relative we can ship the goods to an alternative address for your convenience and post the invoice directly to you.

We use cardboard boxes which are made using 80% recycled materials and are fully recyclable, reusable and biodegradable and cushion our products in shredded paper which is also biodegradable and recyclable.
