In this part of Lancashire Wallings Farm is famous for its gorgeous ice cream which is made on the family farm using milk from their own dairy herd.  Their ice cream is available from discerning shops throughout the area and is so popular that tea shops often have signs outside which attract in customers. If you visit Wallings Farm, as well as being able to buy their chocolates, you will find their Ice Cream Parlour, the Pudding House Restaurant, a local foods shop, the Inspirations Garden Centre and their Traditional Breeds Butchers Shop.  In fact you can easily come away laden with products!
